The Bluegrass Lacrosse League is back for the Fall of 2022. The Bluegrass lacrosse league's primary commitment is teaching the game of lacrosse while providing an unmatched experience and instilling a love for the game.

Each Division/age group has there own game time.

Games are on Sunday evenings.

League Format

7v7 FORMAT

3 Midfielders, 2 Attackman, 2 Defenders, 1 Goalie
Only 2 poles are allowed on the field
Two 20-minute periods - running time
During playoffs, the time will stop under 2 minutes in the 2nd period if the game is within 3 goals
No long poles in the 2nd - 4th-grade open Division

Overtime

NO game will result in a tie. This is not soccer.
If after regulation play the score is even, a 10 minute sudden death overtime will immediately follow.
