The L4 Elite Performance Training Program offers a customized approach to Athletic performance and skill development. This program offers young lacrosse players an opportunity to take their overall game and athletic ability to the next level in preparation for college. Elite level players need to approach training in a way that is specific to their craft to improve overall performance. This program offers current collegiate players and those considering the NCAA an opportunity to prepare and train like a college athlete.
L4 will combine a series of high tempo flow drills with live gameplay that touch on all facets of the game. Each day of the program will have a different focus point to be mastered in effort to turn participants into complete players and get them ready for college.

L4 will be partnering with Edge Performance to put program members through lacrosse specific training and movements in effort to educate and prepare them for the next level.

Day 3: Change of Direction/Cutting
Day 4: Injury Prevention/College Prep
Day 5: Agility
Day 6: Testing 10 yard Sprint, Pro Agility and 300 yard shuttle
This program is designed for current and incoming college players as well as invited high school players.
