• 3 12 minute running periods

• 2-minute intermissions

• USBOXLA Sanctioned

• 4 game guarantee with some teams getting 5

• Certified Athletic Trainer

• Turf playing surface - No cleats are allowed.  Flat bottom shoes only.

• Time out rules

• 1 30 second time out per game

• The clock only stops in the last minute of the game if a timeout is called in pool play.

• The clock will stop when a timeout is called at any time during a playoff game.  

• Championship Clock stops in the last minute of play.
