What to Expect
What to Expect:
The L4 Lacrosse Skills mini camps are open to all positions and focus on fundamentals using both hands. The camps are designed specifically for players looking to elevate their fundamentals during the off-season.
This fast paced, high rep session will focus on proper stick work mechanics, dodging, forward passing, footwork, ground balls, release speed, and passing/shooting accuracy from multiple spots on the field.
Athletes can expect a lot of reps, immediate feedback, and game speed drills that translate directly into in season success.

Each session is limited to 12 athletes.
