What to Expect:
Athletes will focus on shooting mechanics, release speed, accuracy from multiple spots on the field, finishing on the run, time-and-room shooting, and shooting under pressure. Every rep is designed to simulate game-like scenarios, so players leave sharper, quicker, and better around the cage.
