Reid Wesley, founder of L4 Lacrosse in 2013, is a former Division I player at Bellarmine University and an alumnus of St. Xavier High School in Louisville, KY. Recognized as a Nike Blue Chip prospect, Reid launched L4 in 2016 to elevate lacrosse in Kentucky. His leadership has earned him accolades such as the Lacrosse America Top Youth Instructor 2018 Kentucky High School Coach of the Year.

Tucker Ciessau, Bellarmine University's all-time leader in goals and points, brings 16 years of playing experience to L4. A 4-year starter with 83 goals and 127 points, he transitioned to professional play with the Ohio Machine in 2018. Tucker has also contributed as an assistant coach at Mercyhurst University and as Offensive Coordinator at the Episcopal School of Dallas.

Steve Soriano, a Bellarmine University alumnus, played in 37 games, securing 38 groundballs and winning 117 face-offs. Post-graduation, he served as a volunteer assistant coach at Princeton University, overseeing the face-off unit, and later returned to Bellarmine as Offensive Coordinator.
