Started L4 Lacrosse in 2013, Reid played at Division 1 Bellarmine University and went to St. Xavier High School in Louisville, Kentucky., He went on to become a Nike BlueChip prospect and was recruited by Bellarmine University in his hometown.

Dylan Gatt

Co Owner & Director L4 Box

Dylan Gatt grew up in Welland Ontario, Canada playing hockey and box lacrosse. He attended Notre Dame High school and is a two time provincial champion with the Niagara raiders and a Canadian National Champion with Team Ontario. When Dylan was 16 he was drafted to the Akwesasne Indians of the Ontario Junior A Lacrosse league where he split his rookie season with the Welland warlords.  The majority of Dylan’s box lacrosse career was spent playing with the St.Catharines Jr.A Athletics where he finished as a captain and successful offensive player. Dylan played his club field lacrosse for Edge out of Ontario and attended Bellarmine University to play college lacrosse as an attackman. After his college career he was drafted to the arena lacrosse league and played for the St.Catharines Shockwave.

Bobby Schmitt

Defense Specialist and L4 Coach

Bobby has played lacrosse for 8 years and graduated from St. Xavier High School. After winning 4 lacrosse state championships, he continued his career at Bellarmine University and was a 4-year starter. He was drafted to the Ohio Machine in the MLL draft in 2015.

Ryan Burke

L4 Coach

Ryan Burke grew up in Virginia Beach and has been playing lacrosse since age 4. He attended Saint Leo University in Florida where he played all four years and became a captain as a senior. After his playing career concluded Burke decided to return to Saint Leo to pursue a career in coaching. During the first two years as the graduate assistant coach Burke found his niche working with the offense and eventually became the offensive coordinator. During the 3 seasons as the offensive coordinator, Saint Leo saw a strong performance being ranked as a top 10 offense in division 2 and reaching the National Championship Game in 2018.

JC Hutchins

Director of Goalies & L4 Coach

JC Hutchins is the director of goalies throughout the entire program and is a former player at Bellarmine University.

Tucker Ciessau

L4 Coach & Instructor

Tucker Ciessau has played lacrosse for 16 years and graduated from Bellarmine University as their all-time leader in goals and points. As a 4 year starter, Tucker scored 83 goals and collected 127 points. Tucker signed with the Ohio Machine in October of 2018.

Monica Negron

Director of Girls Lacrosse Training

Monica Negron serves as Club Director and Head Coach of Cardinal Elite Lacrosse Club.  A three sport athlete at Patterson Mill High in Bel Air, Maryland  (volleyball, basketball and lacrosse), Monica came to the University of Louisville in 2010.  While at Louisville, Monica was a 4 year starter on defense, served as team captain for three seasons, and earned numerous accolades and awards including being named an IWLCA All-American and Big East Defensive Player of the Year.  Her Senior season, Monica led UofL to the program's first ever appearance in the NCAA Tournament where the Cards would defeat Ohio State in overtime to advance to the Sweet 16 before falling to Northwestern. After earning a Bachelors of Arts in Biology in 2014, Monica stayed at UofL and earned a Masters of Science in Sport Administration in 2016. 

She currently works for the University of Louisville Athletic Department as the Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Leadership & Development. She is also a current member of the Puerto Rican Senior Women's National Team who in November 2019 finished 2nd at the Inaugural PALA Qualifier. Team Puerto Rico will compete in the 2021 World Championships in Baltimore, MD.

Nate Blue

Trainer & Kings Coach

Nate Blue was a former Bellarmine University Lacrosse player now a registered physical trainer at Heuser Health in Louisville, Kentucky. He is the official L4 Lacrosse specialist in speed and training. He trains many of the current Bellarmine University lacrosse players during the off-season. We encourage all of our athletes train with him.

Andrew Schoeneck

Andrew grew up around the game and has played for 16 years. Andrew lettered in Hockey and Lacrosse in Upstate New York. He led his team to sectional finals and state semi-finals and was recruited to play at Bellarmine University where he started at attack.
