Girls who attend these training sessions can expect to become better players and understand the ins and outs of box lacrosse.

Throughout camp, high school players will go through high-tempo skills and drills as well as play in full box lacrosse games. This event will determine the L4 select box teams.

Controlled scrimmages and live demonstration will allow each player to learn the game the RIGHT WAY in a fun environment.
