Where: INDOOR at King Louie's Sport Complex
Who: 5th-8th Grade
The L4 Lacrosse Skills mini camps are open to all positions and focus on fundamentals using both hands. The camps are designed specifically for players looking to elevate their fundamentals during the off-season.
This fast paced, high rep session will focus on proper stick work mechanics, dodging, forward passing, footwork, ground balls, release speed, and passing/shooting accuracy from multiple spots on the field. Players will also get the chance to work through situational drills such as step downs, on the run shots, quick sticks, and finishing in tight under the guidance of experienced L4 coaches.
