Rising Stars 4th - 6th Grade [March 15th 2020]

The L4 Rising Star Program provides opportunities for young athletes to develop skills, confidence, and character in an uptempo instructional setting.  Each session will be action-packed with instructional fundamental drills, scrimmaging, and activities that introduce them to the sport and show them proper fundamentals that will nourish their love for the game.

The Rising Stars Lacrosse Program encourages and promotes safe play and will teach basic fundamentals and rules of lacrosse.

Clinic Focus

- First 30 minutes fundamentals catching, passing, ground balls, and Shooting

-Second 30 minutes spacing, 2 man games, and principles

-15 minutes TEAM concepts; defense odd-man situations (sliding adjacent and crease)

-  45 Minutes of 3v3 and 4v4 scrimmage

Our coaching staff brings their knowledge, passion, experience, and high energy to every class. Lacrosse is one of the fastest sports and is a blast for both the kids and parents to play and watch.

Time:  5:30 PM - 7:30 PM (3x 2 hour clinics)
