Service Description

This class is for Beginner Players that have never played or have just started playing. Equipment needed: NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED Description The L4 Beginner Academy Class is designed for all players that are wanting to learn more about the sport of lacrosse. In this class, we will go over fundamentals, rules, and answer any questions as to how to get started! Skills Academy Curriculum: - Proper form in all aspects of lacrosse -Shooting -Passing -Off-Hand -Rules -Positions -Team Concepts -Transition -Positioning -Stick Skills -Lacrosse IQ and Awareness
